You will be staying in a brand-new architecturally designed split level brick house. The house features high beamed ceilings, open plan living and a large outdoor entertainment deck. Mt Colah house is sited in a secluded natural bush setting close to some of Australia's finest coastal waterways and National Parks.

Location Mt Colah house is located 3km north of Hornsby which is (the largest regional centre in the district) and close to Mt Kuring-gai National Park. We are 5 minutes from the railway (40 min. journey into Sydney)

By road from the south: Arriving from Sydney airport - take the Eastern distributor expressway over the Sydney Harbour Bridge and up the Pacific Highway. Just after Wahroonga, take the F3 freeway north and then the first exit which reads Mount Kuring-gai National Park and Mt Colah. Proceed north along the Old Pacific hwy for 100m, we are on the left.

By road from the north: If you are on the F3 freeway, exit at the Berowra turnoff and proceed south on the Old Pacific Highway, past Mt Colah train station. You are now within 500m of the house.

By train: Take the Northern line from Sydney CBD to Hornsby or Mt Colah station. You are now within 500m of the house.

Local nature and area attractions: This area offers some of the finest coastal and natural bushland territory in Australia with its drowned fjords and fine secluded beaches and coves of Kuring-gai Chase National Park and the Hawkesbury region. This is a perfect spot for boating, fishing, canoeing, sea kayaking, bush walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, Photographers birdwatchers, botanists, artists and geologists will feel right at home.

For wine lovers, The Hunter Valley wineries are as little as one 1/2 hours drive away. Sydney's Northern and Central coast Beaches are 40 minutes away. The Blue Mountains are 90 minutes.
